Credit Card Processing Fee Notice

Beginning February 1, 2026, a 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments. To avoid this fee, we gladly accept ACH transfers, debit cards, and check or cash payments.

Order turnaround times have stabilized at approximately 16 weeks from the payment date. Please review the payment date of your invoice before contacting us for a status update. We will not have more specific information about this until a few days before the order is ready to ship. Every effort will be made to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Please note – Mug prices have been updated, and will take effect for any order forms sent after January 6th 2026. The changes are necessary for increased production costs since our last update almost 5 years ago. Reach out with any questions.

Also, due to the changing landscape of screen printing decals, they will no longer be included in the blank mug price, and will be $3 like all other decals we put on the mug.

At this time we are unable to accept additional rush orders. This is to ensure that our current commitments, and standard turn around times are honored.

Please note – Lettering is typeset exactly as it is entered on our order form. ALL CAPS Old English is not recommended. Readability of these requests can not be guaranteed. Please see the example below.
