Shipping & Returns
We’re here to help make sure you get a great product without any headaches.
For domestic shipments, we use FedEx Ground which takes between 2-7 days.
Standard turn-around time for orders placed using an existing logo is 10-15 business days from invoice payment.
We offer a rush service that guarantees shipment within 5 business days of payment. The cost is 20% of the order subtotal (there is a $15 Minimum). Not available for orders requiring new logo setups.
Orders requiring new artwork take between 4-6 weeks after payment to be shipped.
*Sometimes delays can arise if mugs have to be restocked or if decals have to be reprinted.
For orders being shipped to an FPO/APO address, add 2-3 weeks to domestic shipping times. FPO/APO shipments are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. We also can ship to international destinations with USPS.
We do our best to ensure that our products will arrive to you undamaged, but sometimes damage does occur. In the event that our products are damaged during shipment to you, we will replace and ship damaged pieces at no charge if we are contacted within 10 business days of package delivery.
If the products you get do not exactly match the order form we receive from you, we will redo the incorrect pieces and ship them at no charge. However, if the errors are on the order form we receive, you are liable for them.
