1. Shipping
For domestic shipments, we use FedEx Ground. Transit times in the contiguous US range from 2-7 days depending on your location.
Most orders are shipping between 10-14 weeks from he payment date of the invoice.
We offer a rush service. The cost is 20% of the order subtotal or $75, whichever is less. Most rush orders ship in 1-2 weeks depending on new artwork, and blank mug inventory. At times we suspend this option due to a high volume of regular orders.
*Blank mug inventory or decal reprints needed might result in order delays. Any specific delivery dates requested might be attempted based on “our best effort”, but is not a condition of the sale. If you have a specific need, communicate it to us as soon as possible, even if your need falls outside our normal turn around times.
For orders being shipped to an FPO/APO/DPO address, add 2-3 weeks to domestic shipping times. FPO/APO shipments are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer direct international shipments. If you do not have access to the Military/Diplomatic mail system, you will need to coordinate with a freight forwarding service here in the US.
2. Returns
We do our best to ensure that our products will arrive to you undamaged, but sometimes damage does occur. In the event that our products are damaged during shipment to you, we will replace and ship damaged pieces at no charge if we are contacted within 10 business days of package delivery.
If the products you get do not exactly match the order form we receive from you, we will redo the incorrect pieces and ship them at no charge. However, if the errors are on the order form we receive, you are liable for them.

Replacements for damaged or incorrect goods receive the highest priority for production and will be completed ASAP!
